At first this project seemed easy: design a communications preference center. When doing my competitive analysis I realized that there were many different ways a preference center could be done. Is it a list of emails with a checkbox next to it? Is it sorted by communication channel? By topic? Is there a frequency to take into account? I didn't think a communication preference center could be done in so many different ways! Here was my solution for a preference center.
